Led team of 52 full-time (6 direct reports) and 25 part-time employees responsible for staffing and scheduling pre-sales and services events; ordering and tracking materials; partnering with remote regional services teams to support accounts; process and system improvements; and reporting and analyzing data.

The Scholastic Education Division was acquired by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in June 2015. Retained position beyond the acquisition and then held dual roles as General Manager and SVP of Services Operations.
Executive Director, Technology and Service Operations 2010 – 2011
Built and supported system for monitoring service deliverables for $24M educational services business, including technical and implementation sales and service support, online Professional Development implementation, data analytics, and national scheduling. Managed team of 30 technicians, responsible for delivering $11M of revenue consisting of technical support plans and in-person services.

Led team of 8 full-time employees responsible for delivery of over $3M of revenue, sales and service support, online Professional Development implementation, data analytics, and national scheduling.

Designed customer-centric tools and processes for consultants to scale education services business. Supported strategic accounts. Authored Standard Operating Procedures to systematize implementation tools and protocols for use by 150 field staff.
